They provide support and guidance before and forever after to fosterers/ adopters. Our handsome Ben has now been with us just over a year and is thriving, wouldn’t be without our Bonnie Boy Lots of time and patience is the name of the rescue, Romanian dogs sure are quirky but worth it xx Wonderful team xx

We got our little dog Djinni through Sadies and she is a total joy. We have been so impressed with the professionalism, compassion and total devotion the Sadies folk bring to the cause, before, during, and long after the adoption. Can’t thank you enough for the little bundle of happiness you have brought into our lives!

It may have taken some time.. but we got her 🎉We first spotted her back In January, at the time I thought she had puppies somewhere and was nursing, I tried to follow her to see where she would go but she was unsure and would run, every time I saw her since I’d give her some food, hoping that one day we could put a stop to her sad existence searching for food on the streets and having litters of puppies. The last week or so she appeared again, by now she was a little more curious and confident, begging at the people with food in a petrol station. So when she saw Abbie with some lovely wet food she was very interested but still a little hesitant. The next day we went back and this time she welcomed some love and attention and she was ours ❤️ we were able to scoop her up and take her to safety. We’ll never know what happened to her puppies 😢 or all the litters before those but what we do know is that her life has now changed for the better and she’ll never have to worry about going through any of that again. From the moment we rescued her she was able to drop down her guard of needing to keep herself safe on the streets, she surrendered and has put all her trust into us, showing us what a goofy, loving, kind and friendly poppet she is 🩷We can finally say “safe now” we’ve got you and we cannot wait to see what the next chapter in your rescue journey brings… a home, soon, I hope 🙏🏼Thank you so much to Mandy Dale for kindly sponsoring her and for naming her Tegan 🩷 ... 📣🎉 Good News 🎉📣 Polly made it 🎉🎉She had us all soo worried, she was in a critical state for days. She was weak and anaemic, Babesiosis nearly took a full hold of her body, like it did with our dear girl Sophie 💔But thanks to our fast acting vets and your support for us to be able to give her everything she needed, she made it 🥳She’s been back at the shelter for a week, she remains on treatment but has and is recovering so well. Now we can also see what a sweet, friendly, kind and happy girl she is.She will soon be ready to find her forever home but first!!! We still have £277 outstanding on her vet bill, thank you soo much to each of you who has contributed to helping her, we’re here because of you and we’re almost fully there 🙏🏼Please could you spare a little so that Poll’s vet care costs are covered and we can move on to helping the next soul in need 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thank you!!Please mark your kind donations “Polly” ❤️**Update** Polly’s fundraiser is now covered ❤️🎉 Thank you all🏧Sadies Stray Dog RescueSort code: 23-14-70Account number: 38622058🏧BIC: TRWIBEB1XXX🏧IBAN: BE25 9672 4094 0282 (for payments outside of the U.K.)🏧Paypal: info@sadies-dog-rescue.co.uk⚠️Please choose friends & family to ensure we receive your whole donation ...
