Back in 2020 little Bea followed a kind hearted girl, called Bianca, home one day, and we are forever grateful to her for helping to save her life. Bianca realised that she was in need and far too vulnerable to be living on the street and so posted her up on local sites in Bacau, asking if anyone knew who she was. The Sadies team were contacted and straight away agreed to take her into their care.
Bea quickly got her golden ticket and travelled on the happy bus to her adoptive family in the U.K. where she lived with her human and canine family for 4 years. Sadly, in the summer of 2025 Bea was surrendered back to the rescue when her owners felt unable to manage her behaviour, which had deteriorated recently.
We are desperately trying to find Bea a foster home, where we can put in the support of a trainer to help her overcome her trust issues and help her readjust to home life. But with it needing to be child free and pet free, this is proving really hard, and Bea has already been in kennels for 6 months. As lovely as they are, the kennels are no place for a little girl who has known family life and home comforts for so long.
Your Guardianship of £10 a month will help ensure that we can pay for any future specialist costs to support Bea’s current boarding costs and future training costs. If you wish to offer your Guardianship to Bea you’ll receive a welcome pack which will tell you all about this amazing girl and detail the help you are giving. A special keyring will be a daily reminder of the difference you are making and a photo of Bea can be displayed with pride in your home. Bea will send you updates and you can ask us for additional updates any time. She will also be in touch on special occasions!
