Capi was brought to the U.K. a few years ago, having won a battle with distemper, and after a short stay in foster was promised the perfect life in a forever home. That promise was tragically broken in the cruellest way when, in the summer of 2023 , Capi and his friend Pamela were abandoned at the side of the road in Leicestershire. Sadies, of course, came to Capi’s rescue once again and he quickly found refuge in a wonderful fosterers home.
Capi then began the long journey of recovery and recuperation, which he continues today. Physically Capi was in poor condition and his fosterer, armed with good food and advice from her vet, slowly began to return Capi to his former glory.
Capi is goofy and playful and life in his foster home is therapeutic and healing. With Soave and time to relax we feel that Capi will, one day, be in a position to transition to a new forever home.
Until that time, however, he would like some Guardians to watch over him and support Sadies with just £10 a month in order that his fosterer is fully supported and he receives all the care he needs.
If you wish to offer your Guardianship to Capi you’ll receive a welcome pack which will tell you all about this stunning boy and detail more fully the help you are giving. A special keyring will be a daily reminder of the difference you are making and a photo of Capi can be displayed with pride in your home. Capi will send you updates 3 times a year and you can ask us for additional updates at any time. He will also be in touch on special occasions!
