Our beautiful girl Pammy was one of our two dogs here in the U.K. found abandoned in Leicestershire the summer of 2023. She had been brought to the U.K. with the promise of a wonderful life but that promise was broken and she needed a Sadies rescue once again ❤️
With her friend Capi she was taken into the loving care of one of our wonderful fosterers to begin her recuperation. Her poor physical and mental condition was testament to the neglect she had endured in the previous few months and her fosterer set to work to help her put it all behind her.
Veterinary investigations showed her to be underweight and malnourished with an untreated bowel condition. She was experiencing stress incontinence and was so incredibly nervous.
Despite all of this Pammy shows nothing but love and appreciation to her fosterer. She is being given all the time, space and TLC she needs to find a way to recover from the ordeal. We provide her fosterer with the best food for her medical condition and support her recovery with veterinary and natural therapies.
We want to be able to continue this support for Pammy for as long as it takes. With the support of her special guardians we can ensure that no more promises are broken. Your £10 a month would be used for the provision of her continued medical needs and specialist food whilst in her fosterers care.
It is hoped that, before too long Pammy will have recovered sufficiently to cope with a transition into a new forever home. But until that time perhaps you could watch over her as a Guardian, making sure we give her the best care possible. She is, after all, a #sadiesdogforever
If you wish to offer your Guardianship to Pammy you’ll receive a welcome pack which will tell you all about this beautiful girl and detail the help you are giving. A special keyring will be a daily reminder of the difference you are making and a photo of Pammy can be displayed with pride in your home. Pammy will send you updates 3 times a year and you can ask us for additional updates at any time. Ahe will also be in touch on special occasions!
